Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling different parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
